MRL Equipment

I began my role at MRL in August of 2018. While at MRL I was tasked with improving the accuracy of the Bill of Materials for various sub-assemblies, weldments, and whole complete units. This project would involve a complete overhaul of the ERP system as well as the policies and procedures surrounding data input into the system. During my time at MRL, I became intimately familiar with ERP systems, policy and procedure documentation and implementation, and technical drawings. I would often find myself sifting through large amounts of data and comparing it to engineering documentation and physical assemblies in order to determine the root cause of an inaccracy. Additionally, I would analyze new component, assembly, and weldment drawings for manufacturablility. My time in this position allowed me to hone my understanding of complex system architecture and large-scale manufacturing.
